Biochem/physiol Actions

KL101 is a circadian clock modulator that lengthens a circadian period in cells and tissues. It selectively stabilizes CRY1 through interaction with FAD-binding pocket. KL101 strongly enhanced brown adipocyte differentiation in culture. KL101 showed no or only minor effects on CKIδ, CKIα and CK2 activities in vitro.
