General description

Soy-PS is a phosphotidylserine. It is enzymatically obtained from soybean lecithin along with L-serine.[1]

Application

Soy PS has been used in the synthesis of multilamellar vesicles.[2] It has also been used as a standard to identify spots in thin layer chromatography.[3]
