UHPLC-MS LiChrosolv^® solvents are designed to meet the highest requirements of UHPLC-MS in research and quality control, including proteomics and metabolomics and environmental, clinical, food or industrial testing applications

Application

Methanol is a high-purity solvent used as a mobile phase component in ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) analysis.
The product is used as a solvent in studies such as the following:

• high resolution mass spectrometric (HRMS) analysis of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in environmental water samples
• UHPLC-MS/MS study of PFAS and/or perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) in sewage sludge and soil samples
