ZIC^®-cHILIC capillary columns have a zwitterionic stationary phase covalently attached to porous silica. The permanent and hydrophilic zwitterion functionalitymakes the column suitable for Hydrophilic Interaction LiquidChromatography (HILIC). The capillary and microbore columns (0.3–1.0 mm I.D.) are made from stainless steel that has been internally glass lined and has 10–32 UNF female fittings. The frits have a porosity to retain 3–5 μm particles and are made from stainless steel.

Store columns as shipped: Acetonitrile/5 mM ammoniumacetate, pH 6.8; 80 : 20 (v/v). Dispose the column according to local authorities andregulations.
