General description

Application

Dimethyl sulfoxide is used as a solvent:

• To dissolve the substrate and to dilute fluorogenic substrate.
• To permeabilize V. natriegens or E coli cell.

Caution

Supercools easily and remelts slowly at room temperature. Solidified product can be re-liquified by warming to room temperature without detriment to the product.
