Application
- Used in myogenic induction and identification
- Used in long-term stromal cultures and methylcellulose cultures (one of the components in the culture medium)
- Used in adipogenic differentiation (one of the components in adipogenic medium)
- Used in cell culture: The human mammary epithelial cell MCF-10A cells were maintained in DMEM/F12 and supplemented with hydrocortisone along with other components
- The SUM149 cell line was established from a primary IBC and grown in FBS supplemented with Ham′s F12 medium containing insulin and hydrocortisone
- Used in differentiation assays of melanoma spheroid cells
