General description

SigmaScreen Streptavidin coated plates provide superior binding capacity with the greatest signal to noise ratios for improved sensitivity. With at least 6 pmol/well for the 96 well plates and approximately 4 pmol/well for the 384 well plates, SigmaScreen Streptavidin coated plates are pre-blocked with BSA and developed for maximum binding of biotinylated nucleic acids, antibodies, proteins and peptides. Manufactured under ISO9002 in Sigma′s GMP facility, Sigma′s Streptavidin coated plates deliver high well-to-well and plate-to-plate consistency.
