Recombinant fragment corresponding to 455 amino acids from the N-terminal, extracellular domain of human Toll-like receptor 10.

Specificity

Clone 5C2C5 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human Toll-like receptor 10.

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 2 µg/mL of this antibody detected alpha TLR10 in one million human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC).

Storage and Stability

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
