General description

t-BuSF is a novel chiral sulfur fluorine exchange (SuFEx) reagent. SuFEx type click chemistry is an effective method to synthesize many molecules of interest to medicinal chemists, chemical biologists, or material scientists. While widely utilized, methods to use SuFEx chemistry chirally are limited. t-BuSF provides a method to rapidly synthesize asymmetric sulfoximine, sulfonimidoyl flourides and sulfonimidamides with high yield and enantiomeric excess.
